JISR currently does not charge authors any Article Processing Charge (APC) for the publication of accepted manuscripts.

Submission Fee

There is no fee for submitting a manuscript to the journal.

Peer Review Fee

Authors are not required to pay any fee for the peer-review process.

Editorial Decisions

The journal's editorial and peer-review decisions are based on the academic quality, originality, relevance, methodological soundness, ethical compliance, and suitability of submitted manuscripts.

The absence of publication charges does not influence the editorial evaluation or acceptance of manuscripts.

Open Access

Articles accepted and published by JISR are made openly accessible to readers in accordance with the journal's Open Access Policy and applicable licensing terms.

Future Changes

If the journal introduces or modifies publication charges in the future, the applicable charges and conditions will be clearly displayed on the journal website before authors submit their manuscripts. Changes in the journal's fee policy will not be applied retrospectively to manuscripts submitted under a clearly stated no-APC policy.
